ZetesVote is a non-partisan voter registration project dedicated to encouraging active citizenship among Undergraduate Zete Brothers through voting.
Our goal is simple: Registering 100% of undergraduate US Zetes to vote either at home (by absentee ballot) or on campus.
ZetesVote also encourages all campus-registered Zetes to vote together on Election day while wearing letters - a picture of which strongly demonstrates the civic commitment of Zeta Psi to a Chapter’s campus, community, and alumni!
Founded in Fall 2010, ZetesVote has achieved several major milestones:
- An e-mail voter registration campaign promoted the importance of voter registration among all undergraduate chapters and provided instructions to help undergraduate brothers register to vote.
- ZetesVote representatives visited 2/3 of US Active chapters, advocating voter registration and helping undergraduate brothers register to vote.
- ZetesVote helped hundreds of undergraduates register to vote and achieved confirmed voter registration of over 50% of all undergraduate brothers!
While ZetesVote is proud of our accomplishments, we continue to strive towards our ultimate goal – 100% registration. We will be launching new voter registration efforts throughout the 2011-2012 school year.
